Wendy Walla

Wendy is a recent retiree who remains deeply committed to giving back to the community that supported her business for more than 25 years. Alongside her husband, she founded The Ripple Effect with the vision of creating lasting, positive change for children and families throughout the Rapid City area.

As President, Wendy leverages her decades of business experience to guide the organization’s growth, strengthen its long-term sustainability, and advance its mission in meaningful and measurable ways.

Outside of her work with the charity, Wendy enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with family, and embracing a slower, more intentional pace of life.

Adam

Adam serves as the Director of Operations for Six Saturdays, a purpose-driven organization dedicated to managing businesses and properties with a single goal: generating sustainable funding for The Ripple Effect Foundation. With a long history in management, Adam brings compassion, resourcefulness, and a strong commitment to making a meaningful difference through his work.

Supporting children and families is at the heart of what motivates Adam, and he takes pride in contributing to an organization that creates real, positive impact.

Outside of work, Adam is all about family, fresh air, and quality time. He enjoys being outdoors, whether pheasant hunting or relaxing on the deck with his wife, their three children, and the family’s two golden retrievers, who happily assume they run the household. Adam believes life is at its best when it’s grounded in purpose and a little adventure.

Staci Ullmark

Staci Ullmark is deeply committed to The Ripple Effect’s mission of supporting children and families in the community through small acts that create meaningful change. As Executive Director and Treasurer, she leads key initiatives that advance the foundation’s impact and strengthen its presence within the community.

With more than 20 years of experience across management, human resources, counseling, and military service member support, Staci brings a unique blend of initiative, empathy, and compassion to her leadership. Her background enables her to guide the organization with a people-centered approach rooted in service and understanding.

Outside of her work, Staci enjoys spending time outdoors, being with her family, and caring for her three cats and three dogs.

Josh Ullmark

Josh Ullmark serves as the Chief Operating Officer for KW Generations, Six Saturdays, and The Ripple Effect, bringing decades of leadership experience shaped by his dedication to building workplaces where people feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. He also proudly serves on the board of The Ripple Effect.

In his role, Josh guides each organization toward sustainable, strategic growth while fostering a culture that supports a healthy balance between work and personal well-being. His vision focuses on developing profitable, purpose-driven businesses that achieve two core objectives: creating meaningful employment opportunities and generating essential funding for The Ripple Effect’s mission to support local children and families.

Through his leadership, Josh ensures that every business venture not only thrives operationally, but also contributes to lasting, positive impact for the people and communities they serve.
